Bershan Shaw is currently funding URAWarrior from personal resources. To break this cycle, the company must either generate meaningful revenue or secure external financing.

Creative & Specialist Budget

Anticipated budget with projects scoped and approved throughout engagement

An anticipated pool of approximately $30,000 for specialist work. Individual projects will be scoped and approved throughout the 3-month engagement based on priorities and opportunities as they emerge.

Work may be commissioned across the following areas, utilizing specialists from our network or others to be identified:

Approval Process: Jon Bradford (Executive Producer) develops project concepts and coordinates with Bree Bandy (Account Manager) to scope specific engagements with specialists. Each project is reviewed and approved before work commences. Alvaro (Producer) then coordinates execution of approved initiatives.

Flexibility: This anticipated budget provides a framework for planning, but actual deployment will be driven by your priorities and strategic opportunities throughout the engagement. Projects can involve the identified specialists or others we discover along the way.

Each milestone achieved accelerates vesting proportionally. Hit all three milestones before the 6-month cliff, and equity vests immediately.

Additional Considerations

Chris Fitzjarrald (PEOanalysis.com): Additional commission arrangement will be required and sufficient for sales support. Alternatively, we may engage Chris on an hourly basis to work with the sales team, providing insights on how to approach companies for their employees and facilitating introductions to PEOs in his network.
Specialist Budget Allocation: The ~$30K anticipated budget will be deployed through individual project approvals throughout the engagement. Each specialist engagement will be scoped and approved before work begins, ensuring budget is allocated to highest-priority initiatives.
Payment Terms: Monthly retainer invoiced at start of each month. Specialist budget allocated on a project-by-project basis as engagements are scoped, approved, and executed.
